Establish roles and policies aligning with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
Develop financial budget proposal for the company.
Manage the Marketing Process – Meet with new clients, turning leads to sales.
Liaise with the Human Resource Department(HRD) and direct all human resouces and management activities.
Determine the resources needed to accomplish goals, and coordinate with the (HRD) regarding the same.
Planning & scheduling of work load, distribute work load among recruiters.
Implement standard of performance, company policies and make changes as necessary. Set and maintain productivity and quality of standards
Work with the Human Resources and the Accounts Department.
Manage client relations.
Manage all administration processes.
